Austin Texas to Banbury
« on: February 06, 2014, 08:31:52 PM »
Hi Everyone,

My name is Kim.  I will be moving to Banbury in April to be with my boyfriend.  We are both so excited to be in the same city.

I have visited the UK and EU on many occasions but for never more than 3 months.
I am looking forward to this new adventure and am grateful to have found this forum.

Any insight into living in Banbury and recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Kim

Of course there are measuring cups and spoons here.   ;D. They will just be in mils and if you have an American recipe that calls for cups, it's easier to have your American measuring tools.

Thank you KFdancer.  That makes perfect sense.   :-[
Feel like a dork for not realizing that.

Good Morning Kim. Well this might be a bit of a surprise to you.
My name is Stewart and I am English but I emigrated to France in 2004 and no I am not coming back except to visit. I have just finished posting my morning letter that I do every morning to Internet friends from Canada to Texas and have done so since 2007. I would like to meet some of you in England. Now to you. Banbury is the village of music I have been there many times playing for the MORRIS SIDES I was with.  Banbury is the home of English Morris. There are 3 Morris Sides in Banbury they also have Children Morris there is also a canal festival and also Sword Dancing.  The best thing you can do is to Goole  BANBURY ENGLAND.   And it will tell you all.  Hope you will keep in touch and let me know how are getting on. I just happen to like you lot but I do not like the word YANK.    All the best  Stewart.
