Long distance relationships are never easy. It may hurt now; but don't make it so personal. Breaking it off says a lot about him and not you. And you never truly know a person until you have lived with him. Imagine spending time and money to move to the UK only to be abandoned and stranded; THAT could prove stressful. Perhaps this is a gift. I am getting on plane in 5 weeks to start a new adventure and I would not be lying if I said that although I know and trust my beloved, that I have a tough personal struggle to work through finding employment and adapting to London's public transport.....Hold on to your self worth and move forward. It will get better.
