If the refund option has disappeared, you should get the decision email soon! That's what's happened to most it seems.

How do you access your personal IHS information though? When we applied online, they never gave us login information for the IHS site. And if you register, there is no way to put in your reference number...at least I cant find a way. Can anyone help?

Well.... it happened. Our Fiance visa was APPROVED! I got all of my documents and stamped passport in the mail today. Whew!! It is such a crazy feeling.

Got the "Decision Made" email! Hopefully they will pick up the parcel today and it will arrive at my parents house on Saturday or Monday! Dying to know if we got the "yes" or not!
Let y'all know when we find out! Parents will be mailing it back to us to our UK address.

Glad you finally got the Decision Made email - fingers crossed that it's good news .

It's obviously the August bank holiday weekend coming up here (so Sheffield will be closed on Monday), but if they can get it mailed out to you this week, then hopefully it will arrive in the US quickly and won't be held up by the long weekend .

We received the "decision made" email this morning, thankfully! I guess it will be Monday before we find out whether or not it's been granted.

Feeling relieved there is at least an outcome on its way!

Fiance visa granted!
There was no letter or anything, just my returned documents and the entry clearance in my passport.  Is it normal that they dont include a letter?

Next order of business is cat shipping... my poor fuzzbucket is going to hate me for a while no doubt.

Yes, it's normal for there to be no letter. If your visa is valid for 6 months or less (which a fiancé visa is) then it will be issued as a 6-month sticker in your passport and you won't get a letter with it.

However, visas valid more than 6 months are now being issued as a 30-day vignette in the passport, so you have to enter the UK within those 30 days and then you have to pick up a BRP card from a UK post office within 10 days of arriving....so people issued with those visas will receive a letter with their visa explaining where they have to go to pick up their BRP.

So, although we received the "decision made" and UPS tracking emails yesterday, still nothing is showing on the UPS site over 24 hrs later.

It still hasn't been picked up!!

Is this common? We're in a real time crunch and I thought at least when they sent the tracking ref that meant it had been handed over to UPS?!

It wouldn't be the first time it has taken a few days before it was shipped.  Sometimes members receive their visas and they are dated a week. Before the decision made email.  Efficient is not a word I would use to describe UKVI.

I know I received my tracking number and nothing happened on it for 2 days.

Just to give you a heads up, if it wasn't picked up today... this coming Monday is a bank holiday (so it's a national day off) which may delay things a bit.
