Any updates from recent applicants?

Was hoping to have gotten an email Friday as it's been a week now.  I know my priority package was signed for 1 July.  Hope they get to me soon.  Hating the waiting  lol

I'm sure you'll hear something soon - it's unfortunately the busiest time of the year at the moment so it could take a bit longer than normal.

This time last year, priority was taking about a month, which meant it was taking up to a couple of weeks to get an acknowledgement email.

Thank you so much for your reply. As you can probably tell, I am in "waiting" mode, and every possible scenario is going on in my mind, so I truly thank you for your patience and kindness, and definitely your responses to all of my questions.

Airbornejulie---You and I are only 1 day apart for when our parcels were delivered.  I keep checking to see if you've posted anything lol  When everything's done and dusted, if you're gonna be close by over there we should have a meet up.  I'll be in Liverpool/Manchester area.

All applications are different and so you can't necessarily judge how long yours will take based on the timeline of someone else's. You're only on working day 8 at the moment, so there's no need to panic just yet .

It might be that the person processing airbornejulie's application is working through their pile of applications faster than the person who will be processing your application, so they got to hers before yours.

Or it could just be that they just haven't sent an email to you, but they are processing it.
