There is no rhyme or reason to this process, it seems. My application arrival was confirmed on June 21st, and still my visa has not been processed. There are other priority spouse applications that arrived later than mine (after June 21st) and have been processed already. Do not understand their system at all. I am getting anxious, angry and extremely tired of waiting. Had a courtesy update from mr. p.Eyre who said that we didn't have to send anything else, they were just waiting on the referral they send to the Isle of Man to also ok the visa. That was on July 23rd. On July 25th my husband goes to the immigration office in the Isle of Man and the officer tells him that if they get anything they reply on the same day. They did not want to officially search their files or give any information due to their data privacy act. 28th of July and nothing yet. Get the feeling that this referral is done by post and not electronically.
