HI visa requirement ?

hi i am enquiring on behalf of a friend who wants to come live and work in uk
what do they need 1st a job or a visa? whats best way to go around getting a visa thx alot folks

They need a job that will sponsor a visa.  Then they apply for the visa using the documentation from the employer.  Loads and loads of requirements though.
