That whole storyline is a complete annoyance to me!

Can someone explain Pat to me? Is she related to everyone on that block or is she just a busybody? I like her, but it seems like she's involved in the strangest situations. Like the whole Kevin leaving thing, and tonight she's giving advice to Honey (I think that's her name, the woman with the down syndrome baby). To me, those story lines aren't related at all. What gives with her?

Kevin is Pat's nephew, and his whole family are mooching off her, so i think she has some say in that one.
Billy and Pat are close friends... he also used to live with Pat before he and Honey got married.

I thought of something last night... I think i've heard that pregnant women should not use hair dye.  If that's the case... why didnt May go radge when she saw Dawn with red stripes in her hair?

I thought the exact same thing. Then she wanted Tanya to fix it with MORE hair dye.

Thats exactly what I was thinking as well. hasnt Dawn had 2 or 3 baby scans?

I reckon she's drinking and dying her hair cos she is a selfish half-wit who knows nothing about ante-natal care, and is not willing to listen to May's advice about anything, given the circumstances.

about the hairdying, from what I seen when I watched it, only the bottom part of her hair was dyed. If it was her whole head , i.e. near her scalp,then it would be dangerous.

Do you think she had an abortion when she was at her mum's? That's possible.  But I read some spoilers of the next few episodes and without giving anything away, it doesn't sound as if that's what happened.  I think the drinking & hair dying is just her being stupid.
