this occured to me the other night while watching. If smoking is illegal in the public, (bars,workplace, restuarants and etc), then how can the actress Dot smoke on the set?

also... I think I may be the only one here who actually wants Sean and Tonya to get together lol

was it just me or was tonights episode soooooo incredibly boring!!!     I didnt even listen to 99% of what she was going on and on and on about..........it has to be the WORST episode ever. to have an entire 30 minutes of her rambling was just bad

On Tuesday night they alluded to Thursday being a single-hander... so i knew I wasn't going to watch it.  I can't stand Dot at the best of times.

I started to watch and then gave up. If I liked Dot I might have stuck it out, but I'm with Genau! - I just don't like that character.... But I did hear on the radio this morning that lots of people thought it was amazingly good. Must be a love it or hate it sortta thing....

Anyone notice that Clare, the new b*tch on Albert Square, is the same Clare from Hollyoaks?  Coincidence?

Never watched Hollyoaks but was trying to work out if it's the same actress who played Clare before ... I don't think it is but she has the same voice.

Speaking of soap crossovers I am finding it really confusing that that guy from the Bill plays an ex cop in Easty. I keep forgetting which show I am watching!

Looks like it is.  I really disliked her character on Hollyoaks.

apparently it is the same Clare, her name is gemma bissex and she was originally on eastenders about 10 years ago.

oh yeah, its definitely the same Clare... Nigel & Debbie's Clare.  Her voice and face are just the same!  I wonder if she's meant to be the new Janine... i'd heard they were building Lucy up to be the new Janine, but that seems to have calmed down now.

I disliked her on hollyoaks to...but so far her character of Clare on Eastenders seems to be the same type of character...
