Mr. A thinks it's an accident.  He thinks the bust got knocked about during the previous tussle.  I think it's not likely that it just slipped down.

It's definitely how they are going to get rid of Peggy.  I think she is going to take the rap for it.

could have been! the look on her face was a bit suspicious

I doubt its any of the big characters like Ian,Bradley and etc.

Bradley is leaving Eastenders.

Oh I love Eastenders! I was totally shocked when Stacy told Bradley that Archie Mitchell was the father of her baby. She says..Archie raped her.

Dh & I think it was Sam Mitchell

I'd put money on those two guesses being right.

Medwaylady --- I know I didn't see that coming. I really thought Stacey and Bradley, after all they had gone through would have a less complicated love life. But alas Bradley is leaving the series so I wonder how they'll take him away. Do you think Syd will come back and fight for him or he takes the rap for the murder?

Peggy is a piece of work sometimes. She was slagging Phil off for NOT killing him (before the murder) and said he was not man enough to kill A. But after Archie died, she was the grieving widow (she is probably counting on getting the vic back by claiming she is still his wife) and made Phil look like the bad guy.

Is anyone else missing Larry Lamb?

I will miss Larry Lamb! He was good in the part of Archie Mitchell. Now what will Janine do?  I see Phil has ask Shirley for an alibi.  Peggy is a piece of work! First she wants Archie killed..then she plays the grieving widow. Think she knows still being married to Archie..she has a chance to get back the Vic. Wonder which one of her kids she will end up protecting..Phil or Sam?  I saw a interview with Danniella Westbrook where.. she said she will be leaving shortly.

I know this sounds mean but sort of wish Sam Mitchell didn't come back, she distracts me and I am just not fond of the actress or the character.   :-\\\\

Larry Lamb is delicious! He played the role so well people really believed he was as twisted as Archie. I remember his son George Lamb having to tell cabbies off coz they thought LL is evil!

Peggy treats Phil like a bouncer rather then her son. It is also the same way she treats Billy who is part of the family but is treated like crap. I mean who can blame him for taking Archie's offer when he begged Peggy for a job or at least a place to stay? She was never tight with Sam though even through she did not except cause trouble.

She's got more lines (wrinkles) than Peggy and she's prob half her age.

Aye not change the subject too much but drugs can do that sort of thing, my DH was telling me about her losing so much of her nose which I didn't even know could happen and is very unpleasant.  :-\\\\

I mean I am all about second chances, she just distracts me

I think Larry Lamb is reptilian, and therefore NOT delicious, but... George Lamb is another matter!  YUM!
(I had no idea that George was Larry's son... never made the connection!)

The guy that plays Darren has got to be one of the worst actors I have ever seen!

Anyway, for Archie's murder, my money's on BEN!  >:D

I only saw a bit of it when Jon started to watch it. He wanted to watch it for technical reasons, he says. He kept going on and on about how bad the shadows were during the live bits (you could tell not all of it was live)

Was anyone else really struck at how bad the acting was in parts? They must have all been nervous but it really made me giggle.

I enjoyed it, was surprised at Bradley killing himself though
And I think they did really well for doing a live show.
