This is what I LOVE about Brit soaps...miss a few episodes and miss an entire character's storyline! Inherit, yes, that would be fun, but she already was given a huge slab of cash already (to go to college). Then again, maybe that's why he's "Jack"...lightning striking twice and all that...

I sat there last night, watching Charlie Slater, with his glaikit face, seemingly dumbfounded at how he could have got the bitter & lager barrels mixed up, and then saying, with absolutely no feeling, like he was reading it off a card he'd never seen before , 'it's this divorce business, it's got me all fingers and thumbs'.
And i thought to myself... i have totally lost interest in EastEnders.  :(

I think they need a serious cull.... and the Slater family need to be the first out the door.

you are not kidding...they are the most worthless family... the gran is a real loser...and so is the dad, not to mention not so bright upstairs...and all the women are whinny self righteous bimbo's...  i mean...come on, lynn asking for a divorce and not even once thinking about the pain gary was also going through from the loss...  as though he did it...  what a bi-ch! and a poor story line...now he is in the garage trying to kill himself...lol!  I could almost understand Mo leaving to save her baby from when she was raped...  but what reason did lynn have?

Eastenders needs a good old Emmerdale style plane crash.  Get rid of some of those people.  And if Lynn was fired, then why not just kill her off.   ::)  I can barely watch it anymore.

They need a good old-fashioned Dynasty-style shoot-em-up at a big wedding to "cull" (love that word, Broxi) out the deadweight.

And it can happen at Sam & Andy's wedding!! [smiley=evilgrin.gif]

Only if they agree to take Andy and Sam too!

I agree! and i am SO bored with that Den-Kate thing AND the Ian thing. I think we need a summer special where we get to see what Zoe and that other one are up to in Ibiza or wherever they went. I slept through last night's episode and didn't even notice.

Exactly!  To tell you the truth, I'm so bored with most of the soap story lines that I've hardly watched them for months.

Me too! Too bad when the dragon ride fell it didn't squash half the cast...especially the Slaters. It was the perfect chance to get rid of them all. :P

Get rid of all the Ferrieiras!  Please!

I really like Andy but I realize I'm nearly the only one in the UK who thinks that.  I enjoy the Kate/Den/Chrissie triangle as well.

Minty?  Yuck.  And Gary?  Eh.  I laughed when he collapsed into tears after ruining that car.

I must be missing something endearing about Minty!

I did enjoy the fight and departure of Chrissy.  Liked the haircut idea, too.

Read that Den goes after Zoe next, Dennis chases him outta town (so Lesley can start that two month suspension from the show).

When is Kat going to be pregnant already?
