Please help sending tax returns!

I've just found out I needed to complete my tax returns. After diligent research on this forum, I'm up to scratch with all my paperwork. Just one question:
Where should I send these forms?

The back story is that I realised I had to complete my 1040's, as in a few weeks I'll be putting in an application for my wife to move to the states with me. Therefore, I'd really like to know the best (meaning fastest) way to have my tax returns processed. I'm in central London, so no problem queueing up at the embassy... if that's better than sending them through the post.

The OP never said he was filing under the streamlined program. For normal tax returns here is the address:

If the OP is thinking of quietly filing delinquent returns outside of the streamlined program then according to the IRS this might present some additional risk.
