International shippers - recommendations please?

Hi all

My sister-in-law is moving back to the UK after years in the US and so is packing up an entire house of furniture and general stuff. She's looking for recommendations for international shippers, and advice on which ones to avoid if possible.

So if anybody has success stories (or horror stories) please post here so I can let her know.
