Visa Application Center: Where are the places you go for Biometrics?

Police Stations?  Is it that easy?

Biometrics are completed at USCIS centres:

At the bottom of the page, you can choose your state and see what centres service your immediate area.

As Aquila said, all the available biometrics centers are listed in the link she posted.

However, you cannot book a biometrics appointment through that website. You can only book it through UKBA when you submit your visa application online.

During the online application process, when you are ready to submit it, you will be taken to a webpage to book the biometrics appointment. There, you will be given a choice of biometrics centers (usually the ones closest to you, but you can choose whichever center is most convenient) and dates/times.
