We are a small friendly but fast growing two year old business based in South West London, highly respected throughout the accountancy and legal professions. Our clients are Americans throughout the UK and we help them cope with the stress of completing their tax returns.
Having doubled our clients over the last year and expecting to do so again over the next twelve months, the business needs someone to work closely with the Directors to organise new client business.
The practice would like to hear from an experienced Marketing Assistant or PA, preferably with experience of working in a small business or professional practice.
The successful applicant will play an active role in keeping track of a high volume of new client leads along with assisting the other team members working to improve systems and client service.
The applicant should also be a confident communicator who is passionate, professional and a great team player and with the desire to be successful.
*Excellent PC skills, with extensive knowledge and experience of the most widely used MS Office programmes
*Good telephone and communication skills
*Experienced at working on own initiative when Director is absent
*Experience of working in an accountancy or legal practice would be an advantage
*Part time role might be available.
