New User Help

My husband has tried joining the forum (he created his account on or about 05 August), and was able to make one post... but it was then mysteriously deleted, and from then on when he tries to log in he gets a message that reads:

"An Error Has Occurred!
Your account is still awaiting admin approval."

His forum handle is TheRandyRedcoat.

I tried PMing "UK Yankee" (Leah, I think?) a couple of weeks ago, but still haven't gotten a response. I'm guessing she's not around anymore?

Is there any admin that could help him out please? He's not a troublemaker, I swear! Well... most of the time.

Just have him create a new account.

He's tried and it denies him because his "email address is already in use".

Are there really no admins that can help?

Can't he use a different email address?  There are admins but I don't know how often they come online.

I don't think he'd want to create a new email just for the forum. Oh well.
