Apparently all they need is the international account courier number. I used UPS. I did this on the phone with someone (from UPS) and they walked me through it. Originally I sent a FEDex return envelope, but they no longer except that so use UPS or DHL. Sheffield emailed me directly only asking for the account number. No labels needed to be created. I will let anyone know if there is anything new/other updates, but for UPS it seems they just need the account number. This is not your username/login. It will be a specific number. Hope that helps.
