Almost relieved just joining up with you guys! Feeling a little overwhelmed with our new plans to move from Spain to England. I'm a California girl and my husband is Austrian. 11 years in Spain and we must move in order to eat. Plymouth area for starters, then??? Advice and comradery more than welcome

Hi there.  I've lived in Plymouth for 10 years with my Brit hubby and our two daughters.  There are quite a few Americans here.  If you are on Facebook, look up the group I run called Americans in Plymouth.  Welcome to UK-Y, and eventually to P'mouth.  Good luck with your move. :)
