High degree of difficulty in writing this one. But basically I've been thinking a lot about police brutality back in America, but with spring coming, also about how much I miss American frozen treats:

That picture at the end...  brilliant!

I invite you to to visit *scenic* Southend-on-Sea.  Rossi's ice cream is the exception to the rule.  I love me some 'Murican ice cream and theirs is up to par.

Mackie's ice cream from the shop is great!

Also, lots of local ice cream places around here, with really good proper ice cream.

Mr. Whippy is vile stuff.

I still haven't found any good ice cream.  I do miss those red and orange popsicles though. I think they were like cherry and pineapple.  :\\\'(
Keepin' it real. Real annoying.

I just eat Ben and Jerrys. haha.

I do love gelato and you can get nice gelato here. What I miss are cherry, orange and grape twin pops or strawberry sorbet. I know I could make the sorbet, but I don't have an ice cream maker...
The usual. American girl meets British guy. They fall into like, then into love. Then there was the big decision. The American traveled across the pond to join the Brit. And life was never the same again.

There's a "Jersey ice cream" shop in my neighborhood that's really good. (I'm not sure what's special about Jersey ice cream but I see it advertised as if it's a bonus.) Where I come from there's some spectacular ice cream (Graeter's - Oprah once said it's her favorite) - it's not as good as that but still tasty.

I definitely miss soft serve though. A good chocolate/vanilla twist cone is one of life's little pleasures. Also Dairy Queen Blizzards. I was just back in the States and made sure I got my fill of both!
