Trying to brainstorm ways to work in the UK (I have an English boyfriend and we are wanting to start the visa process and get married and live in the UK in the next year).
I have my bachelor's degree in psychology, have been planning on going to nursing school here in the states but am possibly putting that on hold to move to England. I'm trying to find out if there's a way I could use my psych degree in England, work remotely from home through a US company, or work for an American company with offices/opportunities in England (retail management and administrative experience).
Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

If you work from the UK (paid or unpaid), you would need a visa that allows you to. Basically, the options are to become a spouse of your Brit, get an employer to prove there is no one else in the UK/EU to do the job so that they can sponsor you, or some student visas allow part time work. Also, you would need to be aware of your tax liabilities. Not sure what a bachelor's in psychology qualifies you for, so can't really offer advice from that angle!
Nursing school here might also be tricky, because it tends to be funded by the NHS and so non-EU places will be super competitive. Even if you have a spouse visa, you would be subject to overseas fees.
