Gathering information
« on: August 03, 2015, 06:34:10 AM »
Hi All, in the process fo gathering information, i have  three questions.

1) would my sponsor who is in the UK, would she need to mail this out after we have collected all information, or would i need it to send it from Toronto once i am back there.

2) Would i need to get a copy of her  Passport, or  or do the same thing i did previous when applying for a Marriage Visa, i sent my passport in and i got a photocopy of her passport information and attached it to the documents..

3) I am applying for a settlement Visa to be with my fiance/wife

You have to send the documents yourself so you'll need to take all her documents back with you when you return to Canada. You'll have to check how to apply in Canada - I think you can apply at an application support centre in Canada and they will mail the application documents to Sheffield for you, but I can't remember exactly.

I would check here:

Yes, you need a copy of her passport photo page - same as before - though the passport copy should really be notarised/certified

Is this a question? :P.

If so, yes, you will be applying for a Settlement -> Husband visa once you are married.
