Include:

Return flight information (don't book before receiving the visa, but highlight the flights you plan to book if approved)
Itinerary of what you'll be doing on your holiday and the bookings (so they see you are a genuine tourist and not trying to live in the UK)
Proof of the home that you will maintain while visiting (either a mortgage statement or your lease)
Letter from your employer stating what day you are due back at work (if you are still working)

You really need to include as much as possible to show that you have zero intention of staying in the UK.  As you were just refused a visa to move to the  UK, you have to prove to the entry clearance officer that you have no intention of using the visitor visa to live in the UK.  We have had a member successful in obtaining a visitor visa after a refusal as he proved strong ties back to Canada (where he lived).

Have you done the calculations with the disability benefit to see if your partner qualifies to sponsor you?  Wouldn't it be easier to reapply and get the fiancé visa instead of trying for a visitor visa?

My fiancé two pension £640 per month
His mortgage is.             £300 per month
His taxes.                          £80 per month
He would be short by.           £60 per month
This doesn't include self empolyment
I think I read in the adequate maintenance ,appendix FM 1.7 financial requirements. 8. Pension.
Category E. Pension requirements. 8.1.2 annual pension maybe counted were pensions has become a source.of income.8.1.3 this source can be combined with income category A salaries
Non salary category B C D.also 8.1.4. My pension £ 840 per month can be counted with his pensions. That leaves £ 212.00 extra to live on. If my calculations is right we do qualified.
If you could double check it I would appreciate iass i don't want to make any mistakes .

You have plenty of money and you more than qualify - from your other thread, your two pensions combined plus his self-employment income come to over £28,000 per year.

You only need about £10,000 per year to meet the requirement if he receives IIDB (£300 mortgage per month plus an estimated £100 council tax, plus the £114.85 per week come to just over £10,500). Even without his self-employment income, you more than meet the requirement.

You don't need to worry about the different categories because he is exempt from applying under specific categories... You just calculate income as specified in this document:
