Somebody mentioned they were going to Prague so I thought I would outline some suggestions for things to see, do and eat
They make a great tripe soup called drstkova polevka that is spicy and yummy. You can order it in any pub. Also look for a cauliflower soup called Kulajda.
If you are in the pub, order some shots of the herbal liquor called Becherovka. You will get massive respect from the locals and it's great. Don't drink absinthe or you will be a poser.
Skip the horrible and overpriced Jewish museum and go to the huge TV tower in Zizkov. There's a Jewish cemetery at the base you can see for free. Then climb the tower to see just how crazy the Czechs actually are while enjoying coffee and cake
While in Zizkov, go to the dirtiest local pub you can find and hang out with the locals. They will soon teach you how to drink. If in doubt, go to the Palac Akropolis to meet drinking locals.
In the pub also order pivni syr, which is stinky cheese. It will come with toast and raw garlic. Rub the garlic on the toast, spread some cheese and eat up. Drink beer so you don't care about your breath. This will also endear you to the locals to no end
