Americans in East Kent? (Thanet, Canterbury, etc)

Apparently I need a witness for my absentee ballot which likely won't get there in time without paying tons to expedite it

But, any American willing to meet up w/ me to witness my ballot? Signature and address needed.

I hope you were able to find someone to witness for you.  I just wanted to say hi as I live in a small village outside of Canterbury.  I hope you enjoy living in Kent as I think it is a beautiful area and I especially love Canterbury.
