I am applying for spouse visa under Category F. The below are my list of documents for Financial requirement. I applied twice and it was refused twice , first time i did not submit CT600 since there was more time for financial year end, second time i missed to submit proof of VAT registration/PAYE. Kindly advise me if any thing is wrong or missing.
Financial Documents for Self-Employment Category F:
1) Registration Certificate with Company house
2) Director appointed proof from company house
3) Current Appointment report (Taken from online)
4) VAT registration certificate
5) VAT returns for last finance year 2015 - 2016.
6) VAT flat rate scheme approval.
7) Proof of registration with HMRC for PAYE
8 ) Unaudited accounts for year 2015 - 2016 from ACCA approved accountant.
9) CT600 covering limited company’s for year 2015 - 2016.
10) CT620 from HMRC acknowledging receipt of CT600 for year 2015 - 2016
11) HMRC online filling proof for CT600 for year 2015 - 2016
12) CT600 paid proof for year 2015 - 2016.
13) Pay slip for last finance year 2015 - 2016
14) eP60 for last finance year 2015 - 2016.
15) Dividend vouchers for last finance year 2015 - 2016
16) Business bank statement for last finance year 2015 - 2016
17) Personal bank statement for last finance year 2015 - 2016
18) Business insurance
19) Business Invoices
20) UTR for last finance year 2015 - 2016
21) UTR filled proof for last finance year 2015 - 2016
22) SA302 for last finance year 2015 - 2016
23) Account letter
I have the few doubts, kindly let me know your suggestion.
1) P60 i have is eP60, Will eP60 be accepted by Home office ?
2) My Dividend voucher template shows Company name, company registration number, Shareholder name, No of Shares, Dividend month, Dividend paid date, Dividend rate, Total dividend paid and tax credit. Is there any thing needs to be added ?
3) From April 2015 till Jun 2015 there was two shareholders. The second shareholder resigned on Jun 2015. Since then i the only shareholder. Do i need to show any proof for this or mention this in accountant letter.
