Hi everyone.
I am in the process of renewing my US passport and from reading the guidelines on the application it looks like my 'whereabouts' will be shared with the IRS. Now, that's not really an issue in itself, but I've never filed a U.S. tax form. Will this pose an issue?
Does anyone have any experience of the IRS contacting them while/after renewing?
