Shipping a box to the US
« on: July 04, 2016, 11:10:18 AM »
Hello I'm staying in the North Greenwich area. What is least expensive and easiest way to ship a box of personal items only weighing around 25 pounds? Thank you

Hi,

When it comes to international shipping, then sending to the USA is and can be much cheaper than you'd have perhaps thought. I've just sent out two items today for instance!

Usually, it's volumetric weight and package dimensions which determine the pricing level. If you can pack what you need to send into as small a sturdy box as possible, it'll bring the price down.

Look at these sites where it's easy to plug in dimensions and weight to get quotes

Do check out the Royal Mail and Parcel Force as well to compare.
