Just moved to Manchester/Wilmslow area

Hi All, my wife and I just moved to Manchester area, living in Wilmslow.  Came from America, with stop off in South Africa first.  Got a small baby and dog.  Looking for social group to make friends, especially friends for my wife.  Let me know if any groups out there in the area.
