I dunno.

I don't know exactly what you're talking about, but is it like those drinks you can buy with the suspended balls? Don't they taste a bit like ......err......snot?  :-X [smiley=puke.gif]  :P

It is, and no they don't :P

LOL!! Thank you so much for saying that, Courtney. I've never heard of bubble tea before, but the idea of drinking something with balls of tapioca in it???  Bleeeeeeuuuuuurrrrrk.

(And now I have in my head the voice of that horrible woman from the first series of Survivor who kept talking about tapioca.)

Tapioca balls are too slippery to be tasty IMHO. I'd try it though, if I came across it. It certainly seems to have a following here.  :)

Nope, never tried it! I'd certainly be willing to try, though ... it's just the thought of drinking slippery balls that puts me off a bit.  :-X

First pork pulling, now slippery balls...what next, Stacey?!

That's how the light gets in...

Don't fear the balls... they sort of taste like gummy marshmallow.
You can drink & eat at the same time. ;)  What fun!

There was a place near my work in Texas called Fat Straws.  It was awesome.  I would go there 1-2 times a week.  My favourite was the Vietnamese Coffee.  The tea was awesome too. Mmmm. I really miss that stuff.

Cool. I'm still stuck in Dallas, I'll have to give this place a try.

What a cute name!  I love  Thai iced tea and Jasmine.  I can't wait to get one in NY!
