No more updates email?!

So I got an usual email back from their email system. I thought I'd give it one last shot as some other folks have gotten positive results..well basically  they wrote back that no more updates will be given to me anymore but they're still within the service standards....75 working days...really?! Applicants that have applied after me non priority have already gotten their decisions. I dunno why they would respond in this way?

You kind of just have to laugh, right?  I mean you've paid over two grand and they won't even give you a boiler plate email anymore that (for the most part) means nothing? 

The lack of transparency and the level of service during this process never ceases to amaze me.

No we didn't. He's pretty useless. He just responded back today that after reaching out to the home office on October 4th, he still hasn't received a response and will be in touch when he does. He didn't even call or anything.....i know things are looking positive with everyone getting their decisions and stuff but i just don't wanna be the only one left behind again....sorry guys just very emo today:( I actually thought I'd wake up to the decision email ot at least some better news from the stupid email service

I'm very very sorry that your MP isn't helping.  And it's 100% understandable that seeing others get their decisions is emotionally draining.  Not the same thing at all, but I used to hate waiting at the doctor's office in the US and seeing people go in before me who arrived AFTER me!  Boy would it get on my nerves.  Needless to say that was on a much smaller scale than what you are going through.

Take comfort that they ARE moving now.  Do you have some friends you can hang out with this weekend?  Just to help take your mind off things?

Thanks guys...my app arrived on July 11th. Two months and 10 days later they finally sent me the confirmation email which was on Sept 20th.

Dunno what to believe anymore but we meet all the requirements and went thru a lawyer as well. I'm beyond drained guys. Thanks for the support and for your understanding. Wishing you all the best.

So mine arrived on 13th July and I have no idea when the confirmation email came through as our agent did not tell us. Lol. But when I requested for her to speed things up she told us that the email did come through. So strange. So we also went through an agency and did category f which was the saving route. Don't worry it can't be that much longer

Category F is Self-Employment Income, so if you used Cash Savings, you will have applied under Category D, not F.

Mev, that is so wrong! I know that it's a job for them but where is the human element in all of this. Your entire life is literally in their hands.  The least they could do is offer some empathy, even if it is as Ksand says, a boiler plate response rather than saying that they're just not going to give you any further updates.  And they have balls then to ask for customer feedback.  Honestly.

I'm going to hang in there with you Mev and the rest of the gang until you all get your decisions too.  I'm not the only one either.  Look at how Ksand, KFdancer, Lyonaria and Larabee are always here for us.  You are not alone and you are not going to be left behind!!!

I know it was cash savings but wasn't sure of the category. It doesn't really matter anyway. They will finish when they are ready to do. There is nothing we can do except wait.

It may also be that because everyone is delayed right now, even MPs don't have much influence on applications. If UKVI have been inundated with applications, they may not have been able to keep dealing with MPs trying to push things through as well.

Yeah, my reply was mostly just to clarify the categories in case other people read it and said something about savings not being Category F (especially as Category F is much harder to get right than Category D, due to the sheer number of documents required, and therefore often results in more refusals).
