Today was the day thank god!!!!! Woke up to the decision made email.  I was just like finally!!!!!!!

Definitely worthy of FINALLY!  Woo hoo!

Hello all, I have a question for those who have received your passports back. I had my decision made email on Saturday and I had an email about it being shipped, but the ups tracking number hasn't updated at all yet! How long did it take for you to see when your passport would arrive? I'm so anxious about it, and I would love the peace of mind knowing I'll get the decision in a few days. Thank you 😊

You've been nothing BUT patient during this entire process.  It's understandable to want to have this step behind you now.

Omg my package has shipped and will be here Wednesday.  I work 10 hrs that day but it's going to my aunts so she'll be there all day.

I emailed them yesterday because it had been over the 12 weeks since I got my confirmation email. They got back to me within just a few hours, which I thought was awesome, and said a decision has been made! They went on to say "Please note that your passport and documentation could still take some time to reach you whilst being sent back from the decision making centre and whilst other administrative formalities are completed." Is this indicative of the decision going one way or the other?

No, you can't read anything into it.

They have been taking about 10-14 days from the actual decision being made to getting the email and passport back in the mail the last month or so.  Hopefully you'll see your tracking pick up in the next day or two.
