My husband and I are US citizen living in the UK with Permanent Resident Visa's (IDL). We were told in the beginning of our move to England that we didn't need to file any taxes in the US as we didn't make a certain amount of money. After much debate with people and now actually reading this forum, I am aware that we need to file, even if we don't make enough. I would like to do that, but cannot seem to open any of the past forum links to the appropriate pages.
Could anyone help me by telling me where I could find the right paperwork/forms to fill out and where to send them?
