It's Election Day!!

I don't know what these people want.

Neither do I, but it appears they are certainly going to get it since Trump will control all three branches of government.  At least there won't be any dead lock. 

Personally, I have learned that I had no idea what values Americans hold dear but It has been proven that they are not the same as mine by a long shot.  I feel very different about America now and it's not nice.

I wonder if "these" peoples' lives have really gotten worse over the last decade. I'm too young and have lived abroad too long to really be able to tell, but my parents are small business owners, and they were near bankruptcy during the financial crisis and are now (very) gradually doing better.

I seriously doubt that Trump will put the common person's interests first. He has alas self enriched himself at every opportunity without regard to others, hasn't he?
