Established American Takeaway Located in Holloway area - VERY busy with DELIVERIES though we do have bar seating for 3-4ppl. Open 6 days but would have better turnover if we opened 7 days/week. £1500-£2500/week turnover and growing. Only need 1-2 cooks and 1 delivery driver so low overhead.
Owned/operated by myself (and American) we offer truly Authentic American sandwiches (like Philly Cheesesteaks), Chicken Wings (Buffalo Wings), and BURGERS (the burger's have just taken off). Very established repeat patrons. You can obviously change the menu to suit your American recipes as well as name (should you desire). Also could change from American completely, however, it is very busy as there are no other American takeaways in area.
Leasehold either paid weekly or monthly (£160/week - £650/month). Current possible hours of operations 7am-9pm (we open 11am-9pm). In future you may be able to negotiate opening hours to extend to 11pm on weekends with leasehold. We have done all the hard work and now have excellent established following. Both Just Eat and Hungry House machines included along with a 4 Star Hygiene Rating (we are approved for Uber Eats and can point you in the right direction for Deliveroo).
It is a small shop, however, the layout is conducive to high volume. The market our shop is located in is currently under renovation (not super invasive) building a 2nd story with various offices already under negotiation as well as aesthetic changes like glass sliding doors, new lighting, etc - it is going to look great and the renovations are going quickly. The area is absolutely prime for deliveries, young professionals and business all around. Selling due to family reasons - gutted at the timing.
