IRS ARE human!

Not sure where to put this one Marlespo as it's a comment rather than serious discussion, sorry if it's wrong.


~ but we have been having problems getting one of our transcripts back from the IRS of a filed tax return, after a phone call that was unsatisfactory ( "Call back in about a month, someone's just been assigned to it") I made my hubs call back and get someone else - that someone else had been through the whole Immigration process to get his wife to the U.S from Singapore and once he understood the need for the transcript, he took care of it all right there and then over the phone and promised to put them in the mail yesterday

It was a nice change

WOW!!!  That is great!  I always call back, no doubt you always get someone new that knows more about what you are calling about.
