Marriage Visa-Moving out of the UK while still on one?

Hi everyone,

Me and my husband are moving to the US and I just got my UK marriage visa renewed. Do i have to notify Home Office? If I'm out of the UK too long (and I'll be gone indefinitely) does that mean I possibly cant come back in? (I only ask because I saw this on another forum)

You only have to notify the Home Office if the marriage has broken down.

You can come and go as much as you want on your current visa.  And when it runs out, you'll be able to enter and exit on a normal tourist visa.
