Anglophile with hopes to move one day

Hi everyone!

I'm from California, US born and raised but I have always had a thing for the UK. Now I'm researching the UK, drinking actual British tea, trying British recipes, and hopefully planning a first trip. One day I hope to move there once everything has taken course here in the US. My fiance is also an American but doesn't fancy moving to the UK.

I'm UK originally but moved to California at least in part for the weather. Now I'm back here again, I must admit it's nice to be free of that oppressive summer heat!

Just leave him behind, there are plenty of British men here.  Unfortunately, not so much
