I sadly have almost no photos of myself in Antarctica - this is pretty much the only one:

This is just stunning. Do you miss it?

Ksand, tell us what the weather was like and don't spare the technical details.  It looks pretty clear in your pictures

Okay, let's see if this works.

My other big passion apart from dancing (and I'm not posting any photos of that online) is animals.

This is me walking a tiger...  as you do.

And sorry Jimbo...  I'm a redhead!

hha where is that?! That's incredible as well! I would love to just casual walk a big cat - no big deal!

Here's the requested Star Trek pic (me as Geordie LaForge in the episode "Elementary, my dear Data" from Star Trek TNG)

This is absolutely champion, and I hope you got mad compliments that day.

Actually it was one of my least favourite animal encounters.  It felt VERY un-natural.  This was at the Tiger Temple in Thailand.  It has since been shut down, which I think is a good thing.  While lots of accusations have been thrown around about the place, it does seem the tigers were not drugged - which I wasn't so sure about on the day.

But I do love this photo!  I'm walking a tiger!  There's a place in Florida where you can play with tiger cubs which is really fun.

Yeah I think that would be my main concern as I know it's far too common now to have those type of places cash in on tourist's money at the expense of the animal's health and it's so sad! Hopefully they were doing things the proper way and now you have a cool looking photo!

Can see it now HMS! Whatever that is you're doing, it looks fun!! I wish I had a boat as nothing feels quite as nice for the soul (in my opinion) as being out on the water with the sea breeze in your face! :D

Sailing on a three-masted, square-rigged tall ship in the North Sea. When the crew offered to rig us up so we could go out on the netting around the bow, I snatched the harness out of their hands so fast, they didn't know what was happening.

I wish the UK-Yankee Facebook group was more active as it's posts like these that get me through the slow work days! (the first half of the month is always slow but I pay for it by the end of the month).

Yeah, don't take what I said earlier the wrong way.  I never like the episodes where they come back to earth in the cowboy times or whatever.  A+ for effort!

I am a major Sherlock Holmes fan too, so I loved these episodes, but Geordie (or, I should say Levar Burton, I grew up on Reading Rainbow!) was always my fave and besides, I didn't want to do Data makeup! But I had a fun time putting the costume together and I did get compliments and a lot of good comments! It was a fun day. I wish I had more time to do stuff like that!
