Hey folks! So I think the email is just automatic. I got my biometric enrolment letter but unfortunately, it's under my old name. *unimpressed face* I called the Home Office and they said to email the address on the letter if you can't attend the appointment because it shouldn't be in my old name.

I'll keep you posted! I've had such a hard time with this damn name change. My bank's got it wrong, tons of people have got it completely wrong. It's a bit irritating.

Unfortunately they have revised the processing times from 8 weeks to six months on the BRPs.  Awful, isn't it?

The biometric enrolment always comes in the name currently on your visa/BRP.  Don't panic!  You don't need to have it changed on the enrolment letter. The new one will be issued in the correct name - promise.

Oh okay! Should I wait for a reply to my email or just go ahead and do my biometrics at a post office?
