Looks like it to me. Just double check the statements to make sure the same amount on the pay check was deposited into the bank account. If then you are good to go.

Are the payslips electronic? If so just make sure that the employer letter states they are authentic and that's how they are issued.

Nope they are originals signed and posted by my employer and yes exactly the same amount has been deposited

The waiting is hard, but at least you're much further along with the process than I was when I left the UK. We had to wait through accountant and bank purgatory before finally getting our papers. With any luck, you'll have a visa and reunion soon.

Just wanted to ask as my wife is collating all the documents to send off ... We are not sure what the appendix is, as there is an appendix form online that you print out.... We are just a tad confused

Yes, you need to print and fill out VAF4a Appendix 2:
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/270484/VAF4A-Appendix2.pdf

It is the second half of the spousal visa application form and includes all the important information about how you meet each requirement:
- relationship
- UK accommodation
- financial requirement category

Your application will not be considered complete without it.

- the online application is just generic questions about the applicant and is pretty much the same for all visas
- the VAF4a Appendix 2 form is the part of the application that actually addresses the spousal visa requirements specifically

I think it was originally intended to be filled out online but it's been years since it was introduced and they still haven't got round to making an electronic version of the form yet!

Got it!  Another thing to do haha.  Will definitely post before finalizing everything.  Just have the biometrics appt, filling out the appendix, writing the introduction letter, and creating the table of contents left.

Small weird question- it asked for my employment and I put it down... then I quit my job.  Will this be a problem?  I don't even fully understand why they would be asking for my employment info, as it doesn't matter for the visa.

thank you.... One question it asks is have we lived together before or during marriage.... Technically we did on the cruise ship and also when she visited England for six months but is that just a technicality in which they do not care for ?

And yet another question- appendix asks if I intend to work, which I do.  But then goes on to say that if I mark yes I need to provide the full details.  I don't have a job lined up in any way.  I just want to start working when I come, because I'm able to under this visa.  What do I put?

Hmmm...  I'd err on the side of no for living together.  As then they'll want proof with mail to both of you and that's hard to do with a cruise ship (and a visitor visa wouldn't count).

For the work question just say, "I hope to work after receiving my visa."  If that's what you are hoping.
