Fiance Visa App Questions
« on: March 24, 2017, 06:23:45 PM »
Hi - I apologize if this has been asked before. I just submitted my online application for my fiance visa and paid the app fee and have my biometric appointment this coming Monday.

My question is about the VFS Global fees for priority processing.  I would like to skip the queue so do I need to now pay for the Priority Visa Service AND roundtrip courier fee or does the priority service fee include shipping labels for sending to Sheffield and back?

thanks for your help.

Priority does not include the shipping.  I just used the VFS round-trip service. It was about  $220 but it was worth it for the convenience.

Hi Techguy, welcome!

No, they are two separate things. You'll need to pay for each separately or organize your own shipping.

You'll need to pay for each separately or organize your own shipping.

Just to note that you should purchase them in the same transaction though - so if you want to use both the shipping service and the settlement priority processing service, it's best to add them both to your basket at the same time and pay for both at the same time.

Also, make sure you purchase the Settlement Priority Processing ($592), not the regular Priority Processing, and the courier service for settlement applications going to Sheffield.

thanks for the feedback - so when I put in my details (GFW#) and select settlement visa type - i have these options:

Priority Visa service   572.00   0.00 %   0.00 %   572.00
Roundtrip Courier   227.00   0.00 %   0.00 %   227.00

This is what I should purchase, correct?  I don't see Settlement Priority Processing option

Yes, that's correct.

Selecting the 'Settlement Visa' type, will automatically direct you to the 'settlement priority processing' service.

If it was coming up with the $191 priority service, it would indicate that you had selected the incorrect visa type.
