Flying dog into Paris vs england

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone has taken their dog from America to Paris? Instead of coming into England. Was the price way cheaper then having the dog fly into England?

I think a few people have done this, but as I mentioned in the cats thread (cause we have cats) - the company Animal Couriers runs a Channel Hopper service where they will pick up your pets in Paris and drive them to your final destination in the UK, thereby avoiding the UK cargo situation.
