Same!

I was doing okay with the waiting until I saw the flood of decision emails today...and my own empty email inbox.

I'm happy for all of you, especially our special Katoo.

But I'm starting to feel hopeless in a way I haven't felt since the nightmare of trying to get our paperwork together.

AV,

I think I am feeling the same way you probably are feeling.

Seeing May application decisions around the same time as mine has been really upsetting.  After "getting over it" for a minute the worry starts that I did something wrong or it was put in the wrong pile or whatever other worries I can think of creep in. I am so thrilled for everyone who got emails. Like you, I want my turn too!   ;D

I'm well wishing your email comes tomorrow!  *Cheer PomPoms*

Exactly. Seeing decision emails for people WEEKS ahead of us is hard. Refusals take longer.

Sigh.

Mostly I can keep a stiff upper lip, and I'm a firm believer in choosing what to get upset about (or else I'd be upset all the time every day).

But today I just want to crawl into a deep, dark corner and hide until this is all over.

I'm trying to persuade my UK citizen friends to vote for Labour. Maybe Labour will renege on their promises, too, but they at least pretend to be pro-immigration.

Wishing you guys all the best, I've been following the April Timeline for quite some time and it's been really rough. On the basis of how many decisions have come in this week, tomorrow is definitely another day!

And as other members have pointed out, emails get sent out on weekends too quite regularly, maybe to cope with the influx, so your decisions can't possibly be much longer.

It's a tough pill to try and swallow but you need to keep hanging in there, each day that passes is one closer to the result :)

Me too. Having a tough time today. This is better than the bleakness of last week, but with people getting emails so quickly in the May group -- it's disrupting the "order" we had going so well and is really messing with my brain. Happy for them of course, as we're all in this together but it's just causing me to wonder when my email will come...as yet another weekend approaches.  [smiley=blank.gif]

Yeah, for the past two weeks all possibility of an answer was out of the question. Now, every day I wonder if it will be another day of disappointment. The emails are coming thick and fast...just not for us.

I really think this is the week guys.  But honestly, if you don't hear tomorrow, early next week for sure.

Yesterday I predicted that they would get to the "forgotten" group in the next few days... and they are.  I'm usually pretty good at this forecasting stuff.   ;)

When do you forecast a name for Baby #2?

Tell hubby that it would cheer up a poor UKY member to celebrate a baby name. :D

Ah, man, if I've figured out anything about this particular torture, it's that you can't read anything in to it.  This week has been crazy and the order seems to have no rhyme or reason.  I was actually shocked when my email came today, I really wasn't expecting it.  You've always felt your case was somewhat complicated, so I can imagine your examiner discussing your case with a superior.  I have a gut feeling you'll either hear tomorrow or early next week.  You've been one of the most encouraging of people here for me and I hope our friendship will continue.

P.S.  I keep re-reading the two emails I received today.  One was the decision made email, and the other the shipping email with tracking number.  I keep looking at them to make sure I didn't just dream it.  I have dreamed on multiple occasions that the email arrived, only to discover it hadn't.

I'm crossing everything I got for all of our April peeps.

I feel like they must input the decisions into some system and when the system updates it auto-generates emails that get sent out some X number or hours or days later, and that's why some applicants get emails over weekends or holidays. I also wonder if an ECO inputs the email address into the system incorrectly, that may be why some people just never get the emails and the package just shows up...but who knows...trying to make sense from nonsense.

Print it out and take it to bed with you, .. for reassurance!  :)
