Congrats Katoo and everyone receiving happy news!

I also received my APPROVAL today - hooray! It took a while because I live in a remote area. This means it will also take me a while to leave - bus on Thursday, flying on Friday. I am so happy and relieved!

@Katoo - they didn't use my passport photos either. The photo in my vignette is from my biometrics appointment.

I think they are probably enjoying some much needed time together!

We did! I'm the stingy/frugal one, while my wife is more generous. But I was the one saying let's go out to celebrate. Lavish lunch with wine followed by one of my favorite spots for dessert. And some serious cuddling. But we're now knee-deep in packing and are rather anxious about getting everything done. The shipping truck comes by tomorrow. :-O Help...

But we are so grateful for our decision and early delivery. Probably won't hear too much from us until we get our packing finished, though. It's a lot of work to close up a life in just a couple of days!

Oh arggggh, mine wasn't delivered until 2:45 and I was jumping out of my skin.  Last tiny bit of torture.

Yes I'm going crazy. Mr UPS man is lucky I can't be there to answer the door because I fear I wouldn't be very friendly at this point lol

Ahhhh! You guyssss - I got my package today and I was approved! I can finally tell my principal I'm not coming back next year and will officially make my flight on the 11th!

I've been having a lot of issues with my landlord (moved out on the 31st) so I'm reallyyy trying not to let it affect my last couple days in California.

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who has been approved (especially Katoo)! I'm hoping the rest of our group hears back very soon. Fingers crossed!

Had to wait until 7:30pm for UPS to arrive which was a very tense wait!

That's why I got mine delivered to the depot, and I picked it up as soon as it opened. I couldn't bear that wait!

Approved!! They certainly made me wait. After 7pm - - that was brutal. So I asked for a leave date of July 12th and they started it July 5th. I thought you had a window of time that you had to enter within? 30 days or something? Am I thinking of something else? We couldn't find anything in the return docs.

As crappy as this backlog has been, I am pretty excited we are all approvals so far! It gives me a lot of confidence. Just hope we get our emails soon...as in ....TOMORROW!

OK it has the start date (July 7th)and the expiration date. So 30 days from July 7th. I was just making sure it's not written anywhere.
