Yep. It was pretty straight forward. I even used an immigration lawyer. We did use savings instead of income, but our story isn't much different from the other ones I've seen.

I arrived safely in Manchester this morning.  Got through immigration with no problems and within minutes and have spent the day with my husband.

Very very happy.  Thank you to all.

@Missizz and @Monica_40 I hope you hear today or at least this week. They have to be clearing out this list soon seeing as how many May people have gotten lucky with their wait times.

Did you all check this link? (I'm assuming that's what you're talking about but just in case)

https://contact-ukvi.homeoffice.gov.uk/app/visa_application/checkvisastatus

It's supposed to be for apps within the U.K. but it said "decided" as of 5/26 for me and took til 6/6 to get the email. I hope you hear, up until yesterday I was getting really fed up and dejected. It'll get here...but I know.  :-\\\\

I did @jessmed3, originally on may 30th someone returned an email to say that a decision had been made, but gave no date.. went to this sit a couple of days ago and it said the status was "Open" .. according to the webpage an open status means .. "The order of the status is Open, Awaiting a decision and Decided." (wish i knew how to upload a screen shot!).. how can it be awaiting a decision and decided, So I called em yesturday and wasted £20 trying to get to the bottom of it and all they could tell me was its open and the service standard was 30 days and they would escallate it coz we are over that now *sighs* they dont know why I was told a decision was made as it was in an "open" status.... this process should be so simple .. straight forward and transparent, instead we are mucked about at every stage and charged to boot!

Edited to add the reference when I put in the GWF number also states its not been updated since 30th may - when i got teh original email

Did you put your GWF number into that link above to check the visa status ? When I do it says "Reference Number Not Recognised".

I am fully aware of how this may sound like a weird request, but could anyone who has received their visa post their UPS updates? (i.e. arrival scan, export scan, etc).

I haven't gotten it yet. But, here is my tracking so far.

Maybe its only available to people that have already "raised their case" with them verbally/electronically since it started? thats kinda updated it to the new checking platform? just a thought
