I'm sure Applicants from India and USA are on different timelines, but I'll be on day 25 tomorrow with a Priority from USA. Fingers crossed, but I totally understand, because the waiting is so difficult.

Thank you for you reply. Yes it is... hope we hear something soon.... please keep us updated  :)

Most of the applicants here are applying from the US. The 22 day processing time referenced by folks on this thread is specific to US applicants. The waiting times for applicants from India is different than applicants from the US. You can look on the UKVI website, newcomer link: https://visa-processingtimes.homeoffice.gov.uk/y [nonactive] , for a really rough estimate of how long it might take. I looked at a few timelines from India and there were longer than the estimated times from the US. Currently, the US times are taking longer than the estimates on the website. Good luck!

Thank you for replying. I checked the link and there are processing times for non priority service only... If USA applications are taking 22 days on the priority, then india will be longer..  :-\\\\

Those are ALL processing times - priority and non-priority combined. They don't separate out the processing times.

They are also 3 months out of date so processing times  may be much longer now than it says.

Received this today:

Your application has been concluded and will shortly be returned to our commercial partner. This does not mean that your documents are ready to collect:  Please await confirmation of this, or follow the collection instructions you have already been given.

I've read elsewhere that this would indicate we have not received the visa.  Any ideas?

I had a look and to me it appears that this is just the standard notification in your part of the world and no indicator of outcome.
Similarly, emails for US applicants just read that a decision has been made.

Hi all! I just found this forum and am finding it a lot more supportive than expatforum.com -- gotta give them credit though, they got me through the application process!

I thought I'd share my own timeline:
Priority Spouse Visa - USA
Application Submitted: 31.March.2017
Biometrics: 13.April.2017
Documents sent: 13.April.2017
Confirmation email: 18.April.2017

I'm on day 21, no word. I've sent two emails without any replies. Based off of this thread, I'm hoping to hear something in the next week or so! Fingers crossed, because I have a flight to Iceland on June 11th!

We both have received the confirmation from Sheffield on the same day. I haven't emailed them yet though. Last week it took someone 22 days, but this week it seems like 25 days. Im thinking well hear back sometime next week hopefully!

This is the perfect opportunity to share just how obsessively I'm following these boards:

jtizzle, applied 5 April, decision 10 May -- 22 business days
antoniaallegra, applied 7 April, decision 11 May -- 21 business days
TexanAlways, applied 6 April, decision 16 May -- 26 business days
JacquelineHyde, applied 5 April, decision 12 May -- 24 business days

board average for april applicants to date: 23.25 business days

...Can you tell I have a lot of free time right now?

Ahhh, so glad I've found someone to latch onto! :P I'm in a visa group on Facebook and there's a woman with the exact same timeline as us, but she has a kid. I'm finding myself stressed for her as well as myself haha

YES GIRL! I needed this. Do you count the days from application submitted or biometrics or confirmation email??

We should have a running post of confirmed decisions!
