Obviously, it's the nature of soap to have multiple plot lines running at the same time but recently it's just been so scattered and disjointed that I have no idea what's going on anymore, or why!

I feel the same.
If you said to me, 'i missed EE last night...what happened?' , I wouldn't be able to tell you. The only bit I remember are the Screaming Carmel scenes.

Last night's EE was real lump-in-throat time.  Extremely well done.  :\\\'(

Me too.
I admit I didn't like the bits where they inter-weaved (inter-wove?) the real-life stuff in between the soap scenes, but I absolutely loved the end when they were leaving the church and all those people were there holding the photos of the victims.

It took me a moment to figure out what was going on...  But it was just so impactful with a really strong message to the parents of the vulnerable youth.
I was scared for a large part of the episode that Carmel was going to kill herself... I was very glad when they didn't go that route.

UGH, that Stuart is seriously creepy... the way he is with Linda and Tina is making my skin crawl.
I read a spoiler about Tina & Stuart... if it's true, then it's kind of weird that she is acting like she barely remembers him...

He is amazingly creepy! I kind of like it!  ;D

You know I'm going to have to go and read the spoilers now, don't you?  ;D.

Although from the way it's going and what you have just said, I'm pretty sure I can guess!

I always find their little references to current events really awkward, don't you Albatross?

Yeah, it's slightly painful that they go to all that bother of editing that stuff in, when there are other problems (lame acting, poor writing, bad continuity) glaring at us!

But OMG!!!!!!  TINA'S FACE at the duff-duffs last night?  Like she suddenly realised why her new bestie seems so familiar.....
Can't wait to see it tonight!

Lame acting again.
I don't like the Tina character, but I hope whatever is coming proves to be juicy and salacious!

Yes, pretty bad!

You know, I quite liked her for about the first 5 minutes after she was introduced but now I wouldn't be sad to see her go off into the sunset permanently with ZsaZsa!

Now we know what the Stuart/Tina connection is.  It wasn't what I thought!

I just don't buy this whole repressed memory thing that didn't surface until she heard 'that song'.  ::)
