This isn't really the right thread for this, but does anyone know if I can apply for the ToR before I hear back about the visa? Or is it dumb to apply since I don't know what the decision will be? I ask not because I'm concerned about my belongings that I'm shipping since that will take 5-7 weeks to arrive, but because I am also moving my dog and he's technically a "designer" breed (got him at a shelter with no ideas on his breed other than "he's a small dog"). I've heard that they've started charging duties on dogs and that a ToR needs to be done for them... just to further complicate moving, of course.
Yes! It just arrived in the last 1/2 hour! Travel window is Feb-7 to Mar-9. Heading to Edinburgh very soon!
Congrats. Great that you got a forwarded dated travel window. Ours was from the day it was printed and took a week to get to us so we had 3 weeks to book and travel! Not complaining to have it and we were ready to go. But HO were having the last laugh I think! My husband comes in in 2 weeks.

We have not heard from UKV since the "not straightforward" email.It has now been 67 BD since online application; 47 BD since docs delivered to Sheffield; 6 BD since "not straightforward" email.
