Yes. It was a financial requirement thing. I actually think my husband meets the requirements but I didn't fill out the form right. But I did explain my understanding of the form in section 5 and asked them to let me know if I had misinterpreted it. I'm sorry to hear. Definitely start a new thread and if you want to use a lawyer the next time around, I know that there are two that the forum recommend.

It is really easy to misinterpret the financial requirements, it happens all the time. If that's all you have done though, and there are no other reasons like an unspent criminal conviction for example, there is no need for a lawyer, you can get the help you need here!

Nooo, I'm so sorry! We have not had any luck recently in this thread.

We've been chatting with our MP and they got word from UKVI that they requested more documents from me and they are "waiting for me to send them". Yes, I sent them 5 business days ago. But ok then.

6 business days since I submitted my extra documents. No idea when they might actually put it with my application but as of yesterday, they told my MP that they "were waiting for me to send it to continue processing my application". I told my MP that we already sent it but they aren't really willing to help us any more at this point and told us that it should be sorted within 6 months...

Don’t worry, it shouldn’t be long now.
I would follow up again by email to make sure they have them.
