So, one day after paying for Echo (my wife) to get her second passport as a backup option to get her to Spain she's just woken up to a decision made email!! A little bit in shock to be honest but we'll find out soon enough.

Here's our timeline for any non priorities losing hope.

Application Type: Settlement/Spouse non - Priority
Applying from USA as US Citizen
Email receipt of application: June 26, 2018
Decision made: September 11 2018 - 56 business days (I think)
Documents returned:

Sam T - great news! Best of luck to you and your wife I hope it’s accepted!!

Unfortunately I’ve still not heard anything direct from Sheffield yet and it’s day 60 now! Quite frustrating as it really should have been such a straight forward application! Oh well, fingers crossed something will happen soon!

Thanks! I couldn't believe it...I was all ready for a long wait and stress build up as our wedding celebration loomed. According to UPS, we'll have the answer by 3pm PT tomorrow.  :-[

You'll get yours soon. Our timeline is practically the same so it's bound to pop out any day now.

SamT that's great news! Super happy for you guys! Now the next journey begins and your wife will be with you soon! Such a relief I am sure!

My wife woke up today to a decision made Email and dispatching shortly! We were 62 days! Typical being Friday probably wont get the answer until Mon/Tue next week now but happy it's on it's way back!
