Ahh thank you!!! Me too! How are things going over there?!

Things are going really well! We had a busy few days where we had to travel around to see family, but now we're in a routine and things have calmed down. Have FLR(M) in the back of my mind as we'll have to do that in a few months, but for now I'm just enjoying getting readjusted.

Hope you have news soon :)

Hi All,

First of can I say thank you thank you  for all your invaluable advice on this forum. I have been stalking this forum night and day since February & for the life of me I don't understand why it's taken me so long to join. This whole entire process has made me mad amongst other things. I work as a mental health practioner so I am certain of this lol

Background:  My fiance applied for the fiance visa in California back in February and after 3 months of torture he finally recieved an email last week Friday stating a decision had been made. He had paid for next day courier with UPS but has not recieved his passport yet. From what I see people recieve their docs next day or a few days after depending on the shipping they had paid. So for my peace of my mind can i just ask if the passport remains in NY and the rest of the docs sent to Sheffield when you apply. This is what he has been telling me all along so  I just hope its not being held up in NY as they do not have a great record.

My fiancé decided to go to his mailbox to collect his debit card and he found a UPS package there also. They shipped his passport and I am happy to say it has been APPROVED!!!! ;D  UPS  tracking number clearly was not working as we have been checking obsessively and it showed the package hadn't been shipped when it was actually delivered yesterday >:(!  He is so excited and we can finally let his family know to go ahead and book flights for the wedding ;D

BIG thank you to everyone here. Everytime someone celebrated it kept me going and helped me encourage him. Its been really tough being apart for 3 months but everyone on here has been so helpful and I would not known how to navigate through this process. Thank you again:)
